Revised April Deal Sheet and Updated Closed Account Policy

CLOSED ACCOUNT POLICY: Upon an account permanently closing, Monarch Beverage will accept the return of full case, undamaged product in its original unopened case container, and untapped kegs; if such product has no less than 30 days before the manufacturer’s expiration date at the time of pick up.  Monarch Beverage will refund the original purchase price for such product minus a 10% restocking fee.

COVID-19 Update – The above policy will be temporarily suspended until April 8th for accounts affected by the government-mandated closures.  We are not currently picking up kegs as most kegs are sellable through April 8.  Also, we understand some suppliers may extend the expiration date on kegs.  If the shut down lasts beyond April 8th, we will readdress our policy.  No matter the reopen date, we will refund all accounts for full and untapped kegs that are past their expiration date as may be modified by a supplier.
If the government mandated closure results in a customer permanently closing we will waive our closed account policy for full, untapped kegs and full-case package product and provide the account owner a full refund.
